Q: How does the Software as a Service (SaaS) model save money?

This gives you the ability to not only test drive the application, but also gives you the experience of how it can immediately make your organization more efficient if configured properly from the onset. We are not interested in offering low value "Out_of_the_box" applications to the market, as we feel there are enough other companies doing this. With a direct, customer centric focus on the application look, feel and design we think that we offer a much more effective and dynamic package to our customers that is much more valuable than a 30 day free trial.


Q: What is the purpose of bundling applications?

A: Bundling is simply the integration of two or more applications. Many of our applications can be bundled to give our clients a more powerful overall platform. By integrating, our clients get more capabilities, better efficiency, more scalability, faster time to market, and overall savings by using a single provider.


Q: Can ShareCAD Pro be purchased separately for use on our own SharePoint platform?

Q: How is security handled?

A: PHASE 2 International regards the security of our clients' data and our facilities as paramount to our success. We utilize fully redundant application_layer firewalls to secure our datacenters, hardware_based intrusion detection devices to monitor/report all communications to and from our applications, and client based security software. Additionally, nightly backups of client data are performed to ensure the data is secure.
